Increase a little bit of my data plan

Hi,

I found in some stores there's a good plan $29 for 20GB, my current plan is $35 for 15GB, the store told me they cannot update my plan, but suggested that I can register a new account then transfer my existing number.

I don't want to make such complicate operation, is it possible to just increase my current data plan to 20GB?

That would be incorrect. You can not port your number to another public mobile account. 

If you log into the app, click on change plan, see what offers are there and see if something there is better for you. Just know it's rare you can move down but it can happen. Also, choose "on renewal date" not right away so you don't lose money.
