Hi Folks,
I am on a basic plan of $15 which include 250MB data/month.
Occasionally, I need more, so I buy a package of 200MB.
I did so on March 30th but the 200MB disappeared without me understanding how i could have possibly consumed it. I thought maybe I had used it inadvertently, although I could not figure out how.
On April 9, I purchased another 200MB, this morning, I found 51MB consumed, but I did not use data on my phone.
Right now instead, I checked again and according to your site I almost consumed an additional 100 MB since this morning, but my data on the phone was off today. I only sent a text message, no images or videos. How's this possible?
So I wonder what is consuming my data? I only turn it on to send a text message through WhatsApp or Skype, because I am very cautious of my data consumption.
Can you help me understanding what is going on?

On the standard 250MB I have always seen near real time consumption, so I do not see why the cache for the add-ons I purchase, especially considering that my data on my phone if off most of the time.
Something is not right, to who shall I write to have a proper investigation on my account?

PM always will show a 100MB extra on the usage, but those are just "cache" usage, which does not really take off your real data allotment. You can think that while it shows 250MB, you can use as much as 350MB because of the 100MB "cache" usage
