How do I remove my credit card information

open ticket with PM support and ask them to remove it.

 At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket

Hi @vad1 remember after you removed the credit card or disable Autopay , you account will be suspended on your next renewal and 90 days later, the account will be closed and you will loss your phone  number

@vad1   To remove the CC, you need to submit a ticket to customer support via chatbot here:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

 

You can also log into your account and disable Pre-Authorized Payment (toggle it off) but I'd still suggest to ask support to remove the card from the account just to be safe.

Only support can remove a card. You could switch it to a finished gift card though. If you're porting out then that also closes the account. But you're right to be sure. so keep an eye out on what would have been your next renewal for any incorrect charges from here just in case.
