I have a couple of family members using the $15 plan and today I wanted to active a new SIM card for the same plan only to discover that they don't offer it anymore.Is this change permanent?

Paid the bill but hasn't renewed, its been 24 hours.

I am not receiving any text that people are sending me and none of my text are going through. Calling is also not working - both outgoing calls and people calling me are not going through.

Transferring number from Koodo not an option

I'm on step 5 of activation and want to transfer my number from Koodo. Unfortunately, Koodo is not a listed option on the list of old service providers. I am a Koodo monthly customer, not prepaid. Please help!
