My account was suspended. I uploaded the funds via credit card this morning; and paid my due balance and my account is still suspended ! What is going on !

@kdanielle1995 Please login My Account using Incognito mode once again and confirm if the account status is showing Active.
If is shows Active, please reboot your phone once more
If it shows Suspended, please click "Reactive my plan" and follow the screen to make a manual payment

@kdanielle1995 Have you tried logging into your account and click on the reactivate button? Have you restarted your phone, recently?

@kdanielle1995 If all your services still work fine, then don't worry. The suspended status will eventually switch to Active later.
Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito mode and try again.
You might be seeing old cached information.
