I am a new customer with Public Mobile.
I activated my sim card and bought a plan. But now I misplaced my sim card before I got to put it into my phone. I have an extra public mobile sim card. How do i swap it out?

make sure the sim card is new and never used
login to My Acocunt, click Change Sim card from Quick Link menu on top right and follow the steps to link the new sim card to your account/ phone number
