i tried to port my number to another provider but Public mobile is still holding my number. how can i get my number released from Public mobile to another service provider

Who is your new provider? Koodo?
Please check with your new provider once again and ask them to re-trigger the process
Then wait 60 mins for the text to come and reply YES within 90 mins

@mikaeel , when you submitted the number port from your new provider, did you also confirm the port via text message from Public Mobile? If you did not receive of was unable to confirm on the Public Mobile end, you will need to resubmit the number port.
