4G Unlimited Talk to US Dropped?

I am currently on a 3G plan with Unlimited Talk to Canada and the US. I am interested in upgrading to the 4G plan but it only says Unlimited Canada-wide minutes. Do the new 4G plans drop Unlimited Talk to the US?

When I go into my account and enter my password it sends me a 6 digit number to verify that it is me, which I enter, and then get nothing?  It doesn't take me to my account?  Am I missing something...thanks for your help!
