I lost my phone in the lake and I’m trying to get on my account to get another SIM card but the verification code is being sent to my cell number which is at the bottom of the lake. How else can I get in my account?
Why was i charged an addition $42.94 on top of my $67.80 to renew my account? This $42.94 does not show up on my account here but was pulled from my bank
