Why was i charged an addition $42.94 on top of my $67.80 to renew my account? This $42.94 does not show up on my account here but was pulled from my bank

$67.80 is $60 + tax while $42.94 is $38+tax

did you scheduled a plan change earlier or you made a plan change using Change Now option?

Does your card used for multiple PM account in your family?

If the 2 charges have same amount, it could be pending, but rarely they are different amounts 

Login My Account and check if one of the amount is sitting there as Available Fund.  Also, check Payment history and see if it records 2 transactions there

So, if you really think one of them was a wrong charge, open ticket with PM support and have them to investigate further

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
