Can’t send texts to Android phones

I can receive texts from Androids. I can sebd iMessages. But I cannot send a simple text to an Android phone. This started 3 days ago.

Is it still happening today?  Telus had an outage that was affecting text messages (SMS) which go by a different route than iMessages.  iMessages would not have been affected as long as data/wifi was working.  Do you have "Send As SMS" enabled in your iMessage settings?

There's an option in imessage to send as sms. Turn it on. Also, did those Android users previously have an iphone? Do you know if they receive texts from other iphone users?

@Carla-Anne  Try resetting your network settings . See if that helps also can you try the SIM card ina another  phone to test
