Cannot subscribe to a plan (new user)

Since yesterday I cannot purchase a plan either through online or the app, keeps saying an unexpected error occurred. I have tried different browsers, cleared cookies etc nothing!!!

I need a number and if this doesn’t get sorted I’ll just be using a different provider

@Az5  I’m starting to think the app  is broke right now . You’re not the only one having this issue right now.

I’ve tried with 2 different emails same thing is happening to both

@Az5  Might be best to start over with new email and try again . If successful you can always change email in my account afterwards to the one you prefer .

I’ve changed the Apple Store details to reflect that however on the website I cannot proceed past the login as the error message just comes up and can’t access anything else

I haven’t even been asked that all I have done so far is make an account and I cannot do anything further. I log in and then the error message pops up

So you haven't got to the payment yet for whatever reason but when you get there the credit card needs to be a Canadian or American issued card using a Canadian or American billing address.

@Az5 !. The card could be one issue . My understanding it needs be a Canadian issued bank card . Also when you first started sign up for you choose eSIM or have a physical SIM card in hand . Do you remember

A normal visa that’s linked to my Apple Store Id and it’s not from a Canadian bank 

I haven’t even had to put my card details on this account it hasn’t asked

I have tried that as well and still nothing

I made an account in order to purchase a plan, the only account I have so far is the eversafe one and the community one here which is the same account just with a nickname 

I get this error right after I login in and want to purchase a plan

I’ve tried waiting every hour all of yesterday, I have tried on different devices as well and same issue 

I have not even seen a payment stage yet, all I have done so far is created an account with the eversafe ID and a community nickname.

mom the all I get to the second stage where you choose the plan and then I login in and again hit with error 

I cannot do anything such as purchase a subscription the error just keeps happening

@Az5  Maybe wait a full hour before trying again and try on a different device you may have triggered a fraud alert in your credit card . Also check that you haven’t been charged first before trying again if you have been charged please

are you using a new email address to login  that is not currently tied with any PM's account?

At which stage you got that error? after payment section?
