I just created a new account with a sim card that I can't activate to find out I can't do anything! All I get is "we encountered an error processing your request", and I can't actually "sign in".  And of course, customer service is all online! No live chats! What a disaster! Bye Public, I don't have time for this.

@Pierson did you get pass the picking phone number section yet or you are not there?

are you activating eSIM or physical?
