Locked out of account

My father has been have been locked out of his account and can’t reset his email or password. It just keeps telling him that he has to reach the max number of login attempts but he hasn’t logged in for a few days. Please help as his Mastercard is expiring and he needs to renew his payment info. I have tried to help him with every angle that the chatbot tells me.

Try using the PM app to update your cc information. 

You will need to contact customer service agent to fix your issue. Either via the following link:

try again using a browser with Incognito mode and PM Mobile app

If they both not work, please open ticket with PM support
