I am trying to help my son. He is a public mobile customer. I pay for his phone using my credit card. He has lost his phone. He does not know his gmail password so he cannot login to his public mobile account because he is unable to get the security code. He does know his public mobile PIN number. We need to add a new SIM card to his account so he can put it in a new phone. How do we get the help we need?

yes, you just need to update the new sim card on your My Account.
Understand you cannot login as you cannot receive the 2FA code on neither the phone or email , but support can help. You just need to message PM support here:
