Hi,
my bill increased with the new rewards program from $20 to $28/month.
and the current new plan promotions are for new subscribers only.
so it feels like PM is forcing existing customers to leave.
What are my options to take advantage of the current plan promotions as an existing customer?
Thanks

Hi @Sansan,
I don't see this plan at all on Public Mobile's page. All I see is the $21/month plan for 3 GB of data. Do you have a link for this $19/month plan?

No minimum amount of time. You can port out and port back in within a few hours to be considered a new customer.
As mentioned earlier, if you are on the $25 1GB 3G plan, you could consider the unadvertised $19 1GB LTE plan for existing customers. Change at next renewal.

Thanks. How long do you need to port out to another carrier before you are considered a ‘new customer’ once you want to move back to PM?

As an existing customer if a plan isn't available to you they sometimes open it up to everyone after some time has passed or give it as a targeted offer to some users. Otherwise if you really wanted to you can always port out to another carrier and then come back as a new customer.

@Freaky999 unfortunately, you are correct. Plans are for new activations only.
There is one plan that is for $19 for 1GB data and unlimited calling available for all existing clients. If you sign into your account you can see the details.
If you want that plan you can schedule a plan change for your next renewal.

To check if the plan that you want is available, please log into your Public Mobile self serve account and have a look at the plan change page. Some promotional plans are available to anyone.
