I have been reading the past posts on resetting or even finding your pin password for your account and when I go on the APP under Account Security Info (as suggested) I only see Voicemail Password - no PIN Password. I have also tried on the website and I only see Voicemail Password as well . I must say this website is not very well organized for users- it is hard to find My Account.

Ok, then turn on wifi (not wifi calling) and try calling the number you were trying. It seemed odd to me that that would interfere with your calling.

It's in the subscription area of payments. Does your phone show an option for wifi calling? If so then turn it off. There's no wifi calling here.

to update the credit card, go to Payment page, then Manage Subscription and the Update payment method

Tried calling with wifi off and that worked. Yeah!! So I will get the UK add on but I need to change my credit card details and I have been circling around my account, payments, profile etc and can't find where you update the credit card info. Thanks for all of your support. Will research this issue.

@ArtsyT It shouldn’t have dropped but wifi calling not supported by PM so wifi should have any affect on that . Try with just phone wifi off maybe . That or this another question for support

I tried the 011 52 ... and it rang through and then the call was dropped. I have full PB bars and I am on wifi so it should go through

Okay so there is another add on for that country. I called Mexico too and no go - told I did not have enough minutes.

Which add-on did you buy? The above is the 300 minute. No UK. You'd need the other UK add-on to call there.

Thanks Handy1 I have tried refreshing, logging in and out but when I go to make an international call it tells me I am out of minutes. I have sent a message to an agent, just waiting for a response. Thanks again

Thanks Handy I will do that. I also bought an add on yesterday that I have no access to, so I think my account is not fully migrating in my purchases.

@ArtsyT That’s odd please contact support to investigate that . You should have 4 digit PIN code for 611 and for verification purpose

Thanks Handy1 When I go to the link and log in I only see Voicemail password on the page. See attached. I have made note of the link though which is helpful for quick access to my account

How long have you been here? I have read of that option not being available. Maybe they removed it for new sign ups. The substantial problem with that is that then they can't use the 611 service for anything other than basic info.
