Cannot activate eSim or cancel transaction

US 5G unavailable

I recently went to Hawaii and could not connect my phone to 5G. Only LTE network was available. And there were times where my phone was connected to T-mobile but couldn’t use data. My 5G plan works in the US and Canada.
