I cannot seem to login to my account via app or web.  I know my password and ID but then the login just hangs forever.I have already tried to delete the app and reinstall it but still does not work.Thsnks

I have a Public Mobile eSIM but really would rather have a SIM.Exactly how does it work to get one and how does my account get setup on it if I'm already a Public Mobile subscriber?Thanks

I transfered over from bell and installed an esim from public but the cellular connection show "...." in the status bar and not 5g+ on an iphone 13 Pro.I reset the network but that did not help and also updated the iOS to the lastest version but noth...
