I cannot seem to login to my account via app or web.  I know my password and ID but then the login just hangs forever.

I have already tried to delete the app and reinstall it but still does not work.

Yes, I was able to get my account back and change my password and order a new e-sim.   So that was good for about a day and then the fraudster got my account again.  Got my account back but this time I changed the email address and also generated a cryptic password.  Seems to be ok now over 10 days have passed.  I still have not received credit from public mobile for the 5 e-sim charges on my card.   Also they were less than helpful with the security info.  If it happens again I will be moving off of public.   They really need to start implementing passkey capabilities to fully secure someones phone.

The PM have an issue this morning. Tried login but all I get the the 4 dot wave on the PM app.

Sounds like the same online.

Try login later.

the PM website and app aren't functioning properly right now...who knows when it'll be fixed !!
