Please set up call forwarding remotely (outside Canada)

Hello,

I’m currently outside Canada and can’t access my Public Mobile phone. I need to set up unconditional call forwarding to a Canadian number while I’m abroad.

Could a CS_Agent please contact me via private message so I can share the details securely?

The customer would need to get a trusted person to get a new Public Mobile SIM card and have that new SIM card attached to the account, meanwhile having that person set up the call forwarding from Canada.

sorry, this is not something PM support agent can help.  If you already outside of Canada, there is no way to set the Call Forwarding from overseas.
