can't use call forwarding

hi, 

I have a samsung galaxy S20 FE 5G, I tried to set up call forwarding NO reply, busy,  on my phone, I got an error mesage

I tried  *61*6479949131# send

*61*6479949131 send, none of them are working

failed to read data, something went wrong, check your SIM card or network connection, then try again, 

 

can you set up call forwarding for me, for no reply and busy? thank you!

some people have trouble with forwarding and need PM to refresh the account to fix it.   

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
