Dial 611 or 1-855-4PUBLIC or login online or the PM app to see if your account is Active and payment is in your account but clear cache on your browser first before login.

Subscription could not end after ten days of service.
Did you check your account using computer and clean browser?
Do you HAVE service?
When is your Next renewal date?
