New activations eligibility

Interested in $21 plan that comes with 3GB data. I switched away from Public Mobile 2 months ago to try Fizz.

The $21 plan is only available for New Activations only. Is there a wait time to be considered new?

@PMLoyalty  Yes you would be considered a new customer, there's be no wait time.  It might be safest to use a different email address if possible.

Some people have tried to submit a ticket to ask about switching plan.

Just be polite and respectful with your request and you might be able to get it without having to switch to another provider.

it is not guaranteed that you will get it but it's worth a try.

If I read correctly, you aren’t a new subscriber if you switched away from Public 2 months ago. If that’s the case, you may not be able to subscribe to the plan(a) in question. I’m no expert, but you’d probably need a new phone/imei, a new number, new name, new email and new credit card to be considered a new subscriber in this case. There’s always the $29 / month right now and you can keep your eyes open for “downsizing” options in the future. I started with Public at $35/month and I’m paying $19/ months right now for the same plan perks (without referral or point back % included) Start at the bottom again, keep your eyes open, and quickly get to where you want to be. My 2 cents

There is no waiting time to be considered as a new activation.

For $21 plan , there is a 90 days options that reduce the cost to $57 for 90 days which equals to $19 per 30 days. It’s a good plan.

There is no wait time, you are considered new as long as you're opening up a new account.
