Two payments were taken out of my account in May. Who do I contact ?

There another possibility other then the ones mentioned below. If you are looking at your bill on the app it looks like two charges but it's just them taking money from your payment method and applying a credit to your account then they take the credit to pay the bills and it makes it look like a duplicate charge.

First and foremost, I would contact your bank and or credit card company to confirm two payments came out. Sometimes, people often mistake double payments as the PENDING payment and the actual payment. Once you confirm with them that it is actually two payments, then please contact Public Mobiles customer service this way.

were they May 1st and May 31st? if those are the dates, then it is normal, PM has 30 days cycle , not monthly, so, in some months, you will got renewed twice
but if those dates were not 1st and 31st, then ask support agent to check
