I understood that the 3-month subscription will be changed at the end of August, but I think it has changed from today. I think something is wrong. I thought the subscription I paid 2 days ago on May 29th was refunded. Will it be paid? I will ask for a change to be paid on August 29th. I hope my wallet will not be damaged

You don't get a refund if you choose to switch plans immediately. It's recommended to select to change on renewal as Public Mobile is a prepaid service and doesn't offer refunds. You can try submitting a ticket to support through the chatbot for an explanation or refund if something has gone wrong, but no guarantee.
