My credit card was compromised and I need to add another credit card for auto pay. Everytime I enter the info it says my credit card company will not approve it. I contacted my credit card company and they say it is Public Mobile's fault

Voicemail notification

I got a voicemail notification that was from my own number. The voicemail recording says that it is an 8mu1 call and to call *611 for help, but that just gives me Public Mobile bill information. The notification will NOT delete, even if I delete it.....
