@SkyyGuy  - if you are already an existing customer with a activated SIM card and you are only trying to change your current plan, you do not need to activate another SIM card.

 

You can change plans on your Self Serve account under the "Change Plan" option.

Are you new customer or just upgrading your plan?

Is that brand new SIM and if Yes, where did you get it from?

What do you mean activate "a plan upgrade"?   Are you new to Public Mobile or are you looking to change plans to a higher-tier plan as an existing Public Mobile customer? 

 

The Public Mobile SIM card can only be used once, so be sure it's a new card and not 'recycled' from someone else.  I presume you purchased it in-store or on this site.

 

You can also find the number on the card that the SIM was attached to (it's also printed in very small numbers on the SIM card itself)

@SkyyGuy Try using incognito/private browsing mode or wait an hour and see if it works. You get invalid sim code error i assume?
