Hello, I'd like to submit a ticket for an issue where I've had the plan for past couple years but I have not been able to access the account today. It wanted me to activate, but when I click the button it just shows me an error page and the loop becomes infinite.

It was working fine before with accessing myaccount, service is still alive after a year. I just cannot access the myaccount page all i want to do is change the plan by accessing myaccount. It just brings me to the loop of Login-Resume activation-Order simcard (I already have a working simcard that i cannot access because it is non existant event though service is working and is still being charged?)

If you have no sign into your account within the last one year, you likely have not set up your new Eversafe Login.

maybe your Eversafe account was never setup properly with your My Account. Please ask support agent to help by messaging them here
