Hi,
I need to reset my wife's account that has been locked out, i try resetting the password everyday but it won't let me reset it, it keeps going into the same screen.
Also, i forgot the email address that was used to open his account, how do i go about figuring out how to reset it.
It is really frustrating sometimes trying to reach some support specially when we can't login to submit a ticket in the first place and there is no phone number to call in order to reset the account. We are thinking of moving all of our 4 services to a different provider. Your prices are not competitive as they used to anyways.

Please keep in mind that your PM accounts must be active to port out. If not then you can’t port out to another carrier.
Best to contact a CS_Agent to access your parent’s account.
Also make a note of all emails and passwords so you won’t have accessing issues in the future.
