My SIM card is acting up. Twice I've lost my service and had to remove the SIM and put it back in. Can I change my SIM card nut not my phone number and account information?

SIM are very sturdy unless you scratched the copper contacts.

You might want to check to see if there is any outages in your area.

Hello.

Of course you can. If you think your sim card isn't functioning as it should, you can always purchase a new one to replace it. However, there could be other mitigating factors that may be causing your dropped service. Can you tell us what phone you are using? Make and model?

Sim cards are usually innocent in this situation,  likely your phone.  How old is your phone?
