I can't find the video to watch. I can't log into my account, I forgot which email I used, it wants my mobile number, I give it my number but instead of texting me, it emails me and of course since I forgot which email I used I can't receive the confirmation email. So I'm locked out of my account.

You might not need a new account. Ask PM support to sort out the login first and then update the card

Yesterday I spent well over an hour trying to change credit card info for a cancelled credit card for auto deposit and got nowhere probably because I can't seem to clear my old credit card info from Public Mobile.

I logged in with what I thought was my email and I ended up getting a new account which wants me to sign up and I've tried to delete the new account but can't. What I try to use the search bar it won't recognize my space bar so I can't search either.
