phone screen was cracked, wondering any chance to have a new phone ( or certified phone) via pubilc mobile or 

any other choices?

Does Telus free phone work with pubilc mobile net?

It won't be small cost.  Replacing a screen is expensive and in many cases, it is not worth paying for a repair.

Telus will only provide a free refurbished Samsung phone if you are a senior with a low income.

Otherwise, I purchase my refurbished phones from Open Box and I pick them up since it is local with several locations in BC and Alta. Or order online.

PM does not sell phones any more 

Phones that work in Telus, as erl as Bell, will work on PM network 

But if you meant the free phone offers you see with Telus subscription, PM does not offer any subscription with free phone like that
