After logging in with email and password, I seem to be logged in but cannot go any further. I really need to get into my account soon, but when I click on the my account button, I get a small message in the top left corner of an all-white screen, "Forbidden A1". I have also tried to submit a ticket through chat box and when I get to the submit ticket button, I get the 404 error. Chat box suggests refresshing page, erasing cookies... I have done all that. I have been working on this for two hours. Very frustrating.

I hear you. The app and website are back up and running BUT if you're trouble is still with Logging in.... use the link that @computergeek541 provided here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
It will begin the conversation directly with the CS_Agent. I hope this helps, and please let us know if you need more help.... and if you've managed to solve the problem.

How would I do that if I can't submit a ticket? Is there another way?

If that is all that it is, I can handle that - but many evenings in a row? Also most/many people due work during day hours, so I can't make a payment during the day - I have to do it during the early evening. Many organizations will have it clearly displayed that the system is or even will be unavailble in the future at a particular time for maintenance so as not to waste a client's time. Cheers.

The app and website are under routine maintenance right now. I suggest trying around 7 am eastern - 4 pacific.

In the above scenario, a private message can be sent to a customer support agent.
