I am trying to activate my public mobile sim card and transfer my phone number from telus. Neither the Telus account number or the iemi are recognized. I cannot do anything at this point

Hi,
I don't have dual Sims in my phone, nor do I have esim capability.
As this is my business phone number, I don't want to loose access to my phone number or have to switch sim cards back and forth to get different phone numbers.
My Telus account is active.
I have opened a support ticket.

Is your Telus account still active?
If it is you may want to try activating with a temporary number and then contacting customer support. To contact support you can submit a ticket through the chatbot by pressing the chat bubble in the bottom corner and typing in "submit a ticket" and selecting "Contact Us".
