I am an existing Public mobile user and i am not consuming much of my current plan. Therefore, i sought it would be a more cost-effective option to downgrade my plan to the minimal payment option. Can you please advise me what plans that are available and how to proceed with the downgrade process?

Smart choice @Alielturk !!!
Some customers choose an immediate plan change, and by doing so, lose out on what's remaining on their current cycle plan. Most do so because they're desperate for added data and can't wait until their next renewal.

Thanks, I managed to do the needful through the online portal. I will wait for the next renewal cycle for my downgraded plan to be activated. No need to respond 😄

Choose the $15 plan, here's how to change it:
Here’s the process for changing plans, first login to Self Serve to this screen:
Then, click Change Plan:
Then select desired Plan:
Then choose Change on Next Renewal Date:
