I changed my subscription plan today. However, I still had remaining time from last subscription. I mistakenly upgraded the plan starting today, and a new payment has been processed.
Is it possible to get a refund for the previous subscription?
Alternatively, can I cancel or pause the new subscription I applied for today?

Sorry you have to option to change Subscription on your Next Renewal Date or NOW. If you pick NOW and confirmed you want to switch NOW. You forfeit any remaining unused days.
Others have tried to get a refund but was not approved.😢

Likely not, but who knows use the chatbot to create a ticket and ask for a credit. They do provide a warning message first prior to submitting the request.

PM is a prepaid carrier but if you had an error like that because you didn't understand the change plan process, maybe PM agent can help , reverse the change and put the credit back
