Only the CS_Agent can help you with login to your Self Serve account but they will need your security PIN, email address, phone number etc.

Two ways to contact CSA:
1- Put in a ticket through SIMon Bot (usually faster method to get in contact with the Public Mobile Customer Support) by clicking on the bottom, right chat bubble.

Also note, any account in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days is permanently closed (including access to self serve).
