Hello Noticed that you respond to just about every posting. Are you one of the community moderators? Is there a phone number that I can call? My account seems to take a very long time to load . It’s not my phone or data problem because my other apps seem to load much faster. Have cleared cache and rebooting doesn’t help. What should I do? I have tried to message but too many security questions are asked some of which I don’t know where to find.

So, you really can only change to plans available on your Change Subscription page
