Hello Noticed that you respond to just about every posting. Are you one of the community moderators? Is there a phone number that I can call? My account seems to take a very long time to load . It’s not my phone or data problem because my other apps seem to load much faster. Have cleared cache and rebooting doesn’t help. What should I do? I have tried to message but too many security questions are asked some of which I don’t know where to find.

sorry, we have many tried to ask support agent and got the same answser, you can't

So, you really can only change to plans available on your Change Subscription page

The slow loading of my account is not a big problem. What I want is to switch to a lower priced plan . Have read that there is a $20 plan but don’t know how to get it. Can you get it for me?
