Transfer of Number from Freedom Mobile

As part of the "Transfer Number" screen process, there was a list of instructions which included:

  1. Don't remove or delete current provider's SIM card yet
  2. Receive an SMS transfer from previous provider (Freedom Mobile) and answer yes within 90 minutes

As soon as I started the activation, there was a brief period of error followed by an SMS from Freedom Mobile. I answered Yes to initiate the transfer process. However Public Mobile app had an error saying to Contact Support. However, when I decided to login online, I'm able to see my full account including the "Overview", "Subscription & Adds-On", etc. and other tabs. Is the transfer process finished? Can I put in the Public Mobile SIM card at this time?

After inserting the SIM card, I tested incoming, text message, and data. I will be testing outgoing call shortly, but it looks like the transfer number process is complete.

HI @OptiStreak 

Physical sim or esim?  If physical sim, insert the sim card and test.  If eSIM, reboot the phone, go to Sim Manager and check if the Public Mobile esim is there.  If it is , try Reset network settings and see if you can make and receive calls
