Accidentally bought plan and made account with esim when my 20 can't support it. I bought a Public Mobile sim card today and put it in. When I go into the app and try to finish signing up it still says my phone is not esim compatible. What should I do?

you need to open the link provided and request assistance activating your new PM account. Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond to you.

That doesn't make any difference when it comes to sending a private message to CS_Agent. That is actually the one way that you will be able to contact Public Mobile. Please log out, close your browser, and then re-open your browser in a private browsing/incognito mode window and try again.
