I had to cancel my credit card due to fraud operation. I recently uploaded information about my credit card on my account and paid for the next bill period, however I still don’t have service
Is there customer service line I can call about that?

login to My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser check if the cycle showing the new one and check Payment history to see if the money was used towards renewal or just sitting on the account as a credit (Available funds)

@ckoues Have you tried rebooting the phone ? If still not working check your account and make sure your payment isn’t just sitting in your available funds . If it is you need to hit pay now and resume button

There's no actual phone line to call at Public Mobile, here's how to contact customer support:
You can submit a ticket through the chatbot by pressing the chat bubble in the bottom corner and typing in "submit a ticket" and selecting "Contact Us".
