My old phone went missing awhile ago and it was public mobile number it's been 6 weeks trying to ta get ahold of a agent to help with this stuff everything is attached to my old number and my ex wife email for to get everything back and we don't talk no more with out my Google account I can't get any baby pictures of my kid I can't get in to my banking thrugh online I can answer any question or and i can answer any security questions to be able to get it back and this is my temporary email timb6645@gmail.com

Call 1-855-4PUBLIC and check the status of your account.
If it is Suspended then you are in luck. All you have to do it to make a manual payment to restore your account and number.
If your account is Closed then you are out of luck. Your number was returned to the carrier you got the number from and it will be put on pause for 90 days before it is open to whoever wants the number.
If the number was from Telus/Koodo. There is a very slim chance that you can get it back so dm a CS_Agent.

have you try open a ticket with PM?
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here

and to get back text and Google login, get a replacement phone and buy a new sim card from Telus or Koodo store or from Amazon
Try to set up back a phone with PM service and you will be able to get back online

If you need help getting back in to your account, here's how to reach an agent, since you can't use the chat box because you can't access your email, here is the best way. Because it's within the 89 days, you should be able to get it back. Also, please remove your email address as these are public forums and not private.
