I am still being charged since a year by my previous provider Videotron as they said it is Public Mobile that need to make the request with them to cancel the service.
My phone is working correctly with PM since I changed from Videotron since a year. I did called Videotron at the beginning and just did not look closely the Videotron Bill as we also still have internet with them etc.
What do you mean 'port' my numbers? I open an account and buy a sim card with PM and asked them to use my old number with Videotron. Initially my numbers are with Bell and I transferred to Videotron and then now to PM.
