Not receiving OTP, no numbers blocked.

I'm not receiving OTP for my VISA card transactions. Many OTP work from banks, government, apps. Just this one VISA issuer I'm having issues with. I unblocked every phone number in my SMS settings.

Making long distance call service not working

I already have long distance addon to call India, have been using it for a while however since yesterday afternoon can't make call. Message comes up long distance charge may apply then next message 6UT1 number not in service

I noticed that my plan $ 15 , is not showing my  renewal data per month  ( 250 MB per 30 days at 3G speed ) now in my total package. Has there been a change ?It seems to be taking it from one of my add ons.
