Mms pictures won't download. Can  send and have data. I believe this happened a couple years ago and agent had to reset something. But no able to submit ticket.Getting the "OOPS" message

Hi! My children have the unlimited talk and text plan with a small amount of data. They are having trouble texting once the data has been used up. They say that they can’t receive texts? I don’t see how the texting is affected; it shouldn’t be.
