I recently ported my number from Rogers to public. I can call and send messages but cannot receive calls or messages. How do I fix the problem?

Hi, when I want to log into public mobile, it sends me a verification code to my phone number. but due to public mobile's bad transfer I cannot receive it. what should i do

Hi hm there Thanks for reaching out. My last Rogers was a prepaid eSIM. My current plan with public is also with eSIM
