Hi,
I just switch from virgin to public mobile and have paid my subscription yesterday. My bank account says that the payment went through. However, I can’t call or text as it says that my subscription has been suspended. The transfer was successful but I just can’t use my plan. How to make my plan work and unsuspend my account.

Have you tried to reboot your phone? Another thing to try is to take your SIM card out of the phone and place it in another phone. It's called reprovisioning the SIM card. Once it's in the other phone, reboot it. If it works, the card has been reprovisioned and can be placed back into your own phone and then reboot. If that indeed did work, before you place the SIM card back in your phone, go into your network settings and reset them. This will give PM a clean place to store network settings.
