Service not working, and no other way to reach an agent.

I’m a subscriber for a $35 plan for 60GB of Canada wide data, and US roaming. Recently upgraded plans mid pay period as I ran out of data. From then on I wasn’t able to use any app without wifi other than texting and calling. Later I got a physical SIM card, put it in a flip phone, and took it out after the flip phone stopped working (for unrelated issues). Now I’m not getting any bars, but my eSIM is still installed. It’s telling me the current plan I’m on, how much GB of data I have left, all the details surrounding the existing plan I’ve paid for, but physically all I’m seeing is the SOS instead of any bars. I’ve done a network reset, restarted my phone, cleared my cache, the works, and I still can’t use any data.
