I have the Canada US plan. My phone wasn’t working in the US so I tirned on “Data Roaming.” Is this what I am suppose to do? It now works. I want to make sure I’m not going to get charged extra.

Hi,I just joined PM yesterday and bought the $35 Boxing Week Plan which includes calling the US, Mexico and Canada.  I live in Canada.  Can someone call me from the United States and I wonmt be charged?  Or will I get charged because they are calling...

I just joined PM Today and it says that I cannot activate the eSIM that was emailed to me. What do I do now? I cannot make any outgoing phone calls. 

I just signed up for PM.  When I click “cellular” on my phone it says “Primary” and “Personal.”  I can’t send iMessages.  Any help is appreciated.  Ibhave no clue what this means.
